18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement
Record-keeping requirements compliance statement for XSTARME, as required by 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
Statement
All models, actors, actresses, and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on, or otherwise contained in, this website were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the visual image was produced.
Verification
Before any performance is produced or published, every performer is required to provide valid government-issued photo identification establishing that they were at least 18 years old on the production date, together with a signed model release and written consent to the production and to the distribution of the material on this website. No content is published until that documentation has been received and checked.
Records
Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for all materials contained in this website are kept by the Custodian of Records at the address below, and are available to the Attorney General or their designee for inspection during regular business hours as required by law.

Third-party content
With respect to any visual depictions for which 20 Minute Production LLC is not the primary producer, the original producer of the content maintains the § 2257 records for that content, and remains responsible for compliance. We require every content partner and performer to warrant, in writing, that they hold complete and compliant records and that all persons depicted were 18 or older at the time of production. We obtain and retain those warranties and the corresponding age verification for all material we publish.
Content that is not covered
This statement does not apply to any content that does not portray actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A), including material that is exempt under 28 C.F.R. § 75.7, or to user-submitted text. It also does not apply to material appearing on websites we link to but do not operate; those sites maintain their own records and statements.
Zero tolerance
XSTARME has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material and toward any content produced without the full, informed, documented consent of everyone depicted. We do not permit, and will not knowingly host, content involving minors, coercion, trafficking, or the non-consensual recording or distribution of intimate images. Suspected illegal content is removed immediately and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement as required.
If you believe any content on this website depicts a minor, depicts you without your consent, or was published without proper authorisation, report it immediately through our Content Removal process or email dmca@xstarme.com. Reports of this kind are prioritised above everything else.
Performer withdrawal of consent
Any performer appearing on this website may withdraw consent to continued publication of their content by contacting dmca@xstarme.com from a verifiable address. We will verify the request and remove the affected content from public access, subject to any records we must retain by law.
